FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR (PART-TIME) - LONDON Our client is looking for an IFA Administrator to join their busy team in London . The role will require excellent planning and organisation skills, a professional pleasant telephone manner and good administration skills to deliver a true client centric experience, building up relationships where appropriate.Key Skills: Attention to DetailAnalytical/Problem SolvingCustomer FocusPlanning & OrganisingResilienceTeamworkEmbracing ChangeExcellent record keeping skillsAccurate data keying skillsExcellent organisation and time management skillsProficient in Excel and WordTraining will be given on back office system, workflow and common business processQualifications / Experience: Administration and customer service experience is essential.Telephone based experience would be beneficial.Financial Services experience would be beneficial.Qualifications desirable, or a willingness to study.Previous use of Xplan would be advantageous.We are looking for someone to work 3 days a week for our client, hours can be flexible and may include hybrid working.If you are happy for us to contact you in the future with regards to the products or services we provide, please opt in by ticking the box.
