Our approachable teams will support you as you begin your career and continue to progress through various pathways we offer.What will you do as a Client Support Apprentice?The Client Support role in the EC team provides assistance to Line Managers, Consultants, and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs).Typical tasks include:Contacting clients and providers by telephone, email, and letterCollating information from providers and clients for reportsChecking Insurer's accounts and issuing annual financial statements to clientsAdministration relating to a wide and varying range of health and protection policiesDrafting service schedules, deadlines, and remuneration with clientsDelivering services in accordance with agreed time schedules and budgetsPreparing invoices for clientsMaintaining records per internal guidelines and proceduresKeeping client files compliantAnswering calls from Employer Consulting helplinesUpdating Employer Consulting databasesSupporting and maintaining Information Security procedures in line with Barnett Waddingham's policiesWhat do we look for?We seek a friendly, customer-focused approach with good attention to detail, a positive attitude, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members are essential.
