Allen Motor Group is currently looking to employ a Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our Transit Centre in Gravesend. Managing and assisting with face-to-face and digital enquiries to maximise sales potential while going above and beyond to provide a fantastic customer experience. This position is offered on a full-time 5-day, 42.5‐hour working week, with a £18,500 basic salary + average earnings of £45,000, uncapped commission, bonus and company vehicle, reporting to the CV Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via email / telephone and digitally.

Meet individual and team-based sales targets.

Guide customers through the whole purchase process, advising on extended warranty, accessories, and financial products.

Adhere to industry rules and regulations regarding the sale of financial products and insurance.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Previous selling and influencing skills.

A full UK driving licence.

Ability to follow procedures, policies, and instructions.

A passion for providing first‐class customer service.

An eagerness to learn and progress your career.
