Client:Privately owned, award‐winning building services consultancy that has been delivering first‐class engineering solutions since 1987. With a team of 60 multi‐disciplinary Building Services and Sustainability Engineers, they've built a reputation for excellence and steady, sustainable growth.

They are looking to bring a Graduate (+1)/ Junior Electrical Engineer into the team to work on some of the UK's most prestigious high‐end residential and hotel developments.

Role:

Carrying out survey work and site inspections

Producing design calculations (hand‐calcs and software modelling)

Preparing drawings and technical specifications

Writing technical reports

Supporting senior engineers with problem‐solving and design solutions

Building strong client relationships alongside senior management

Driving your own professional and personal development

Requirements:

1–3 years' experience within a building services consultancy

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or HNC/HND with strong design experience)

Confident client‐facing communication

Experience with design software such as Microsoft Office, Amtech, Dialux/Relux

Strong understanding of British Standards and Building Regulations

Knowledge of HTMs is a bonus

Professional membership (CIBSE, IMechE, IET)
