We are looking for a Showroom Host to be the first impression of that experience.

This role is about welcome, confidence and care. You will welcome clients as they begin one of the most important projects in their home. You will help them feel comfortable, understood, and inspired from the moment they arrive.

You will:

– Welcome and qualify prospective clients, building rapport with warmth and professionalism

– Support our designers by managing diaries and coordinating appointments seamlessly

– Follow up brochure and enquiry requests, guiding clients towards a design consultation

– Maintain showroom presentation to reflect the quality and craftsmanship behind every Harvey Jones project

– Support administration and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail

You understand that every Harvey Jones project begins with listening. You are confident, articulate and composed, able to build trust naturally. You enjoy creating an environment where people feel at ease exploring ideas and taking their time.

Experience in a luxury retail or showroom environment is desirable, but most importantly, your ability to represent a premium, design-led brand with authenticity and care is essential.

You are polished, organised and proactive. You take pride in presentation and understand that the smallest details contribute to a lasting impression.

Saturday availability is required.
