Telesales Executive£26,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £35K+). Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm | Fri 9am-4pm | Office-Based. Belfast City Centre | Permanent, Full-Time Role.
Looking for a sales role with no late nights or weekends and unlimited earning potential? We're hiring motivated Telesales Executive to join a growing sales team in the heart of Belfast! You'll generate leads, book appointments, and play a key part in driving business growth - all while earning uncapped commission and working in a fun, fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate new sales leads
Book qualified appointments for the Field Sales Team
Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, pipeline growth)
Build rapport with prospects and identify their business needs
Update CRM system with accurate lead info and follow-up tasks
Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities
Criteria:
Previous telesales/sales experience (Telcoms background is a bonus)
Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
CRM and IT proficient
Driven, competitive, and target-focused
Team player with a positive attitude and self-motivation
