New Homes Sales Advisor - Cirencester

We're looking for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a new build development in Cirencester.

This role would suit someone with a background in property or new homes sales who understands the current housing market and enjoys building relationships with buyers and closing deals.

You'll be the face of the development, welcoming visitors, carrying out viewings, guiding buyers through the purchase process and turning enquiries into sales.

What we're looking for:

Experience in new homes or property sales

Good understanding of the current property market

Strong customer service and communication skills

Confident, motivated and target driven

IT literate and organised

Thursday to Monday #removed#

1 in 4 weekends off

Salary £33k with commission package and fuel allowance
