Financial Controller - Corporate Hospitality / Real Estate - Long-term Temp AssignmentWe are on the hunt for a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and dynamic Financial Controller , with ACCA or ACA qualifications and demonstrable experience in accountancy, to join our client, a rapid-growth corporate hospitality provider based in Central London.
A strategic mindset, solid business acumen, hands‐on responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting, budget preparation, cost and revenue analysis and an intricate understanding of P&L is what we're looking for; together with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanour and the ability and tenacity to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic and client‐focused environment.

Key responsibilities as the Financial Controller will include:
Preparing detailed organisation budget implementation for 2026 – taking full responsibility for preparing full‐year budgets and monthly forecasts
Developing accurate cashflow forecasts for 2026
Interpreting, analysing and explaining P&L statements to support budgeting and decision‐making
Implementing budgets across departments and monitoring budget adherence and performance
Building strong relationships with budget holders
Maintaining an understanding of cost drivers, revenue streams and divisional performance to provide clear financial insights and identify areas for improvement
Reviewing existing finance processes and procedures and recommending opportunities to improve and enhance
Creating, maintaining and adapting complex financial models

What we're looking for:
ACCA or ACA qualified
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths or similar
Demonstrable experience in accountancy
Experienced in forecasting, budgeting and cashflow processes
Budget‐holder engagement and management with the ability to build relationships and understand, challenges and support their financial plans
Experienced in monitoring and performance tracking
Understanding and experience of cost and revenue analysis
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Strong IT literacy including Advanced MS Excel
Experience with NetSuite is highly desirable
Previous involvement in business transformation projects, system implementations or process change is advantageous
Focused, organised, self‐motivated, flexible and dynamic nature
Proactive problem‐solving and decision‐making skills
Desire to go above and beyond
Available imminently and able to commit to a temp‐perm role
