We're partnering with a fast-growing, consumer-focused business to hire a Junior Growth & Marketing Analyst into a lean, high-impact in-house team.This is a genuine development role , ideal for someone early in their career who wants to sit at the intersection of data, marketing and commercial decision-making , with a clear pathway into a more senior growth or analytics position over time.The opportunity The business has built a strong direct-to-consumer engine across multiple international markets and is now focused on sharpening performance through better data, insight and execution. You'll work closely with senior marketing stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, translate performance into insight, and support smarter decisions across acquisition, conversion and retention.What you'll be doing Owning and improving marketing data quality across web, CRM, paid media and lifecycle channelsMaintaining and optimising data flows between e-commerce, CRM and advertising platformsProducing clear weekly reporting across core commercial and growth KPIsTurning performance data into practical, actionable insight for non-technical stakeholdersSupporting experimentation across acquisition, CRO and lifecycle initiativesHelping shape dashboards and reporting frameworks as the business scalesSupporting campaign launches with tracking set‐up, QA and post‐launch analysisWhat we're looking for 1–2 years' experience in a growth, marketing, analytics or commercial role (agency or in‐house)Strong analytical curiosity and comfort working with numbers and dashboardsHigh attention to detail and care around data accuracy and definitionsClear communicator who can explain insight simply and confidentlyOrganised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesSomeone who looks beyond reporting and actively seeks opportunities to improve performanceLondon-based role with hybrid working (3 days in the office)Competitive salary plus benefitsEquity participationHigh trust, high ownership environment with real progressionIf you're looking for a role where your work has visible impact and you'll grow quickly alongside the business, this is one worth exploring.
