Who Can Apply

This is a mid‐level position, but we welcome applicants with little or no experience.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.

Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client's success.

Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.

Assist customers with travel‐related issues.

What We Need

Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can make a difference).

A positive attitude and a love for communicating with customers and colleagues.

Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
