Graduate Surveyor – Boutique Commercial Property Consultancy (London)

Central London | 4 days in office | Market‑leading APC support | Broad service-line exposure | Excellent progression | £25-£32k (on experience)

A boutique, agile, and highly dynamic commercial property consultancy is seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor to join their growing London team. The Opportunity

As a Graduate Surveyor, you will work closely with Directors within their city-based offices, benefiting from genuine mentorship, hands-on learning, and access to a broad and diverse client base spanning Central London and select Home Counties. Our client have developed multiple grads over the years and offer a 100% pass rate proving their training is the best the market has to offer.

You will gain experience across the full spectrum of commercial property services, including:

• Commercial Valuations
• Business Rates
• Acquisitions & Disposals
• Lease Consultancy (L&T)
• Building Consultancy
• Dilapidations
• Asset & Investment Management

What We’re Looking For

• A RICS‑accredited degree
• Actively working toward the APC, with a minimum of 6 months’ experience
• Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive, professional approach
• A desire to build a long‑term career within commercial surveying
• ‘Can do’ attitude, someone who enjoys working collaboratively in an agile environment.
