Are you a passionate problem solver? You've come to the right place. Graduate Analysts will be working in collaborative teams to provide implementation, support and insight for our clients. You'll have the opportunity to put your newly developed skills into practice, helping our clients overcome a variety of challenges. This role is suited to undergraduate/master's graduates who crave variety, challenge and an opportunity to explore different areas of our business.

Project exposure: Banking Operations, Business Analysis, Project Management Office, Systems and Application Support, System Integration, Software Testing, Financial Regulations, Client Lifecycle Management and Compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support on client‐facing projects in areas such as compliance, financial regulations, and systems integration

Collaborate with team members to identify and address client challenges using innovative solutions

Deliver insights to clients by leveraging data analysis and problem‐solving skills

Enhance project outcomes with clear communication and effective teamwork

Contribute to the development of project documentation, reports, and presentations

Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables through the Project Management Office

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline

Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills

Up to 1 year of working experience with exposure to consulting, finance, or technology industries

Knowledge of financial regulations, client lifecycle management, and compliance processes

Background in projects related to system integration, business analysis, or application support

Familiarity with teamwork in cross‐functional teams and fast‐paced environments

Nice to have

Knowledge of R Language and SQL

Skills in advanced data analytics or statistical analysis

Understanding of system automation or process optimization techniques
