You will need to have at least 2 years previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen – delivering dishes to company time standards and specification – and managing a team of up to 5 on service.A key factor of your success will be the ability to remain calm under pressure, and have the qualities to lead and motivate the team to consistently produce great food.You will be leading shifts, making sure the kitchen runs effectively and safely, always upholding 5* kitchen standardsYou will have a great eye for detail, manning the pass to ensure our food goes out on-spec and on-timeYou will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with mentoring and developing the teamYou will strive to ensure the kitchen is run professionally, profitably, efficiently and compliantlyBarons success has been firmly built through its people.
