If so, my client in West London has an exciting role for you as a Lead RVN.

Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, totalling 42 hours per week. There's no out‐of‐hours cover or reception duties, allowing you to focus on what you do best—patient care.

About the RoleAs the Lead RVN you will be a key player in this well‐established practice. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring anaesthesia and performing theatre duties

Overseeing the daily operations of clinical areas

Supporting and training junior team members

Running nurse consultations such as weight clinics and diabetes management

Collaborating closely with the vet and Client Care Advisor (CCA) team

About YouThe ideal candidate will be:

An experienced RVN with at least one year of qualification

Highly organised and passionate about maintaining high clinical standards

Ready to step into a leadership role or already possessing some leadership experience

Interested in mentoring junior team members and potentially becoming a Clinical Coach
