The Graduate Opportunity at Fospha

In Partnerships, graduates work directly with some of the world's biggest digital platforms—like TikTok, Meta, and Snap—playing a key role in strengthening relationships, enabling joint initiatives, and driving partner success.

Hands-on exposure to our Partnerships: Working directly with the platforms such as Tiktok, Meta and Snap, you will build commercial acumen, develop strategic communication skills, and gain a deep understanding of how the digital advertising ecosystem works.

Cross-Functional Exposure : With support, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a visible impact early on, it's the ideal launchpad for ambitious graduates looking to break into the world of ad tech and strategic partnerships.

Comprehensive Training : In addition to the extensive on-the-job learning opportunities, you'll receive a broad and blended in-person training curriculum covering essential topics such as Business Storytelling, Relationship Building, Market Research & Product and Financial Management.

The Role:

As a Partnerships Executive , you'll join a high-impact team focused on enabling, scaling, and deepening Fospha's relationships with the platforms that power digital marketing.

This is a graduate-level role designed to develop future leaders. You'll be hands‐on with major ad platforms, supporting both strategic execution and day‐to‐day coordination. You'll also work closely with internal teams—especially Marketing, Product and Customer Success—to make sure our partners have what they need to help customers grow.

Key responsibilities:

Supporting our partner managers in coordinating with Google, Meta, TikTok, Snap and others

Preparing decks, talking points and training sessions to enable partner sales teams

Tracking and reporting on partner performance and engagement

Liaising across internal teams to keep initiatives moving and aligned

Owning communications or enablement efforts for specific territories or smaller partners

Researching and initiating contact with emerging or long‐tail partners

What are we looking for?

Bonus Points For:

Experience with TikTok Ads, Meta, or other digital marketing tools

Familiarity with platforms like Notion, HubSpot, Google Sheets

Any internship or part‐time experience in partnerships, sales, marketing or client‐facing roles
