London, England, United Kingdom Software and ServicesDescription The Apple Framebuffer Driver team develops the display software driver for Apple's hardware technologies on all Mac products. We are looking for an engineer who is driven, curious, collaborative and passionate about being on the cutting edge of new display technology. The successful candidate will be problem solver with a passion for excellence, quality, attention to detail.Minimum Qualifications Excellent programming skills and knowledge of C/C++Development experience on Linux or macOSExperience using and implementing general operating system concepts and strong kernel-mode device driver development skillsExperience with systems engineering or low-level hardware, firmware and driver programmingPreferred Qualifications Excellent software design, problem solving and debugging skillsExperience with embedded systemsExperience with parallel and asynchronous processingExperience with hardware bring-up and debuggingKnowledge of scaling, filtering, and video formats a plus
