Overview Are you detail‐driven, proactive, and passionate about improving clinical quality and patient experience? Join us as a Quality Improvement Lead, where you will play a central role in supporting the hospital to meet regulatory, contractual, and organisational standards, while driving continuous improvement across clinical and operational services.In this role, you will support the hospital with the requirements of standard NHS contracts, including CQUIN, ensuring that information submissions are completed accurately, within deadlines, and to the highest quality. Working closely with Elysium Healthcare and external stakeholders across local health communities, you will help to facilitate improvements in clinical quality and enhance the overall experience of patients and families.You will ensure compliance standards—including those set by the CQC—are maintained, monitored, and embedded across the site. A key part of the role involves developing systems and introducing sustainable changes that enable the hospital to meet regulatory, clinical, quality, and corporate requirements. You will take responsibility for ensuring the audit timetable is met, allocating audits appropriately, and supporting staff to complete, review, and re‐audit areas as required.
