Pay Scale: £450.00 – £500.00 per week

RoleA friendly and community-focused primary school in Wantage, Oxfordshire is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their learning support team. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychology graduate to gain valuable, hands-on experience supporting primary-aged pupils who require additional help in their learning and development.

Responsibilities

Implementing effective behaviour management strategies

Supporting the class teacher during lessons

Building positive relationships with parents and carers

Adapting and individualising activities to meet specific pupil needs

Liaising with the SENCo and class teacher to provide feedback and monitor progress
