Are you a Psychology Graduate looking to turn theory into practice?

RoleA forward-thinking specialist school in Newbury is offering an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to work directly with children and young people who need emotional and mental health support. This role provides daily exposure to therapeutic approaches, behaviour support strategies, and SEN best practice.

Responsibilities

Apply psychology in an educational setting

Support emotional regulation and behaviour strategies

Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils

Assist with individual support plans and interventions

Work alongside therapists, SEN teachers, and pastoral teams

Role details

Location: Newbury

Pay: £89-£100 per day

Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday

Start date: ASAP
