About the RoleeasyStorage is expanding rapidly across the UK and into Europe, and we are seeking a junior in‐house legal professional to support our property team with standardised lease and property documentation. This is a delivery‐focused, process‐driven role , ideal if you've worked in real estate law (private practice or in‐house) and want:

What you'll be doing

Preparing and processing standard commercial leases, licences and variations

Managing lease completions end‐to‐end

Liaising with landlords, agents and external solicitors

Maintaining accurate legal records and trackers

Supporting internal teams using established templates and processes

Getting involved in general corporate legal work from time to time

What we're looking for

1–4 years' experience in property / real estate legal work

Background as a paralegal, legal executive or junior solicitor (0–2 PQE)

Comfortable handling standard leases independently

Organised, pragmatic and detail‐focused

Happy working in a repeatable, structured environment

Ambition to learn and take on wider legal issues across the company

No billable hours

No complex drafting or litigation

This is not a Legal Counsel role and not suited to someone looking for complex drafting or advisory work.
