Elite at Home is recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to support clients in their own homes across Kent.

We are growing and looking for caring individuals who want flexible work with a supportive, professional care provider.

The RoleYou will support clients with:

Personal care

Washing and dressing

Medication prompting

Meal preparation

Light household duties

Companionship and emotional support

We provide person‐centred care, allowing time to deliver quality support — not rushed visits.

What We're Looking For

Kind, patient and dependable individuals

Good communication skills

Right to work in the UK

Access to a vehicle (preferred for community care roles)

Experience in care is welcomed but not essential — full training and ongoing support provided.
