Traffic Marshal — Wimbledon Events£16.59 per hour | Zero-hours contract | Flexible shifts

Be part of one of the UK's most iconic summer sporting events at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

CSP are specialists in venue and stadia management, and we're looking for friendly, confident, and proactive Traffic Marshals to support our busy 2026 events calendar. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‐paced event environment, meet new people, and play an important role in keeping visitors safe and events running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Direct vehicles and pedestrians safely

Support traffic flow around designated areas

Provide clear directions and assistance to visitors

Work closely with supervisors and event teams

Maintain a calm, professional, and approachable presence

Help create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone attending

Requirements

Right to work in the UK

Good communication and customer service skills

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors
