Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing
As a Care Assistant, you'll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes by following personalised care plans.
Your role will include:
Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care)
Medication support and assistance
Meal preparation and help with eating & drinking
Shopping and everyday practical tasks
Light household duties (laundry, tidying, cleaning, changing beds)
Supporting mobility and use of aids and equipment
Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support
QualificationsWhat You'll Need (No Cape Required!)
No experience? No problem! We provide full, paid training — all you need is compassion, reliability, and the drive to make a real difference.
We require:
Genuine compassion and respect for others
Strong communication and listening skills
A positive, can-do attitude (superhero energy encouraged!)
Reliability and a caring natureThe right to work in the UK
If you're kind-hearted, dependable, and ready to make every day a little brighter — you've already got what it takes to be a Care Assistant hero!
