Main duties of the jobThe Complex Care Assistant will be responsible for providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction with the client. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care needs and essential skills in areas such as enteral feeding, seizure management, oral suctioning, and medication administration.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing personal care and mobility support

Supporting with clinical tasks

Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

Person SpecificationQualifications

Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs, essential skills in enteral feeding, seizure management, oral suctioning, and medication administration, and a calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach.
