As our next Multi Skilled Team Leader, you...
Salary - £ 14.44/hour
Responsibilities
Ensure high standards of services provided for guests and the attainment of Rooms and Food & Beverage qualitative and quantitative targets.
Conveys the hotel's image and atmosphere through your exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field.
Manages and motivates the F&B/Reception teams in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B and Front Office services.
Improve the department's result by increasing sales and productivity of F&B and Front Office point of sale.
Guarantees the respect of procedures governing cash operations, administration and audits in line with the brand's internal audit guidelines.
Is in contact with other departments and ensures that information circulates smoothly between them.
Analysis of guest's comments and shares them with the team.
Qualifications
Food and Beverage Experience required.
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferable but not mandatory.
Fluency in English.
Customer Service.
Positive problem solving approach.
Organised.
Multi-tasking.
Able to work under pressure.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
