Bleubird is Ireland's No. 1 Outdoor Lifestyle Brand. Now in our 8th year of trading, we supply over 250 retailers globally from our headquarters in Northern Ireland. With an average increase in sales of 40% YoY over the past 4 years, we're firmly in an exciting period of growth which we forecast to continue.We're a small, tight-knit team doing big things, with a loyal customer base and a growing footprint across both D2C and B2B. We're searching for someone with strong commercial instincts - someone driven, organised, proactive and comfortable communicating with retailers at all levels.The development of the Bleubird brand relies on our ability to grow existing wholesale relationships while breaking into new markets. You will be involved in many areas of the business, but your focus will be on sales growth, account management and relationship building. This is a role for someone who has strong initiative, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to thorough follow-through. You will have the potential to learn more in your first year at Bleubird than your next 5 years in a traditional sales environment.Bleubird is growing. If successful, you will have the opportunity to grow with the company and develop your career in the direction that best suits your strengths and interests.You'll work closely with the Global Business Development Manager to support our retail partners, manage incoming opportunities, drive pre-book and in-season sales, and help expand Bleubird's presence in the UK, Ireland and internationally.You don't need to have decades of sales experience - what matters most is that you're proactive, confident communicating, commercially aware, and able to get things done.
