Temporary Sales Manager (approx. 12 months)We have a position available for a Temporary Sales Manager to join our sales and marketing team in the Caterham offices. You will appoint, train, develop and manage Sales Consultants, so that they can achieve the objective of selling homes at the best prices and at the desired rate; to act as an effective link between the selling team and Regional Offices.
Skills & knowledge you'll bring
Extensive experience as a Sales Manager within a Residential House building sales office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous people management experience
Previous experience of training Sales Consultants
Computer literate
RICS qualified
