Job description

Inbound Sales AdvisorJoin Concentrix in the Inbound Sales Advisor role.

Location: Adwick Park, Swinton, Rotherham S63 5NA.

Shift pattern: Rotational. 40 hours/week between 8am‐10:15pm (Mon‐Sun).

Responsibilities

Taking inbound calls from customers within the last 6 months of their contracts.

Assisting with retentions and selling additional products and services as required.

Dealing with brand new customers.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Computer literate with ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Clear criminal and credit records.

Ability to provide reference within last 3 years of employment.

Multitasking and use of multiple systems at any one time.
