Overview Luxury Beauty Brand | London Head Office (Hybrid) | Immediate Start | 2-Months InitiallyMy client are seeking an experienced Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to join their team on a freelance basis , supporting a globally recognised luxury brand. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a premium brand environment, based in their London Head Office with a hybrid working model.Start: ASAPDuration: 2 months initially (with potential extension)Location: London Head Office (hybrid working)Freelance / Day Rate (DOE)Responsibilities Reporting to the VM Manager, you will support the execution of visual merchandising strategies across retail stores and key wholesale partners. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring brand consistency, elevating in-store experiences, and delivering impactful product launches.Support the rollout of VM guidelines across retail and wholesale accountsAssist with seasonal launches, animations, and campaign implementationsLiaise with suppliers, production teams, and retail partnersCoordinate POS distribution and manage VM assetsConduct store checks (virtual and in-person) to maintain brand standardsAssist with reporting, image management, and competitor analysisProvide hands-on support for installations where requiredQualifications Proven experience in visual merchandising within luxury beauty, fragrance, or premium retailStrong understanding of brand execution within department stores and standalone boutiquesHighly organised with excellent project coordination skillsDetail-oriented with a strong visual eyeConfident communicator, able to liaise with multiple stakeholdersAvailable immediatelyThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative environment and contribute to high-profile launches within a prestigious beauty brand.
