Digital Marketing Manager – Part TimeCV Screen is recruiting for a fantastic part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join a well-established, growing business based in Bath. This is a 100% office-based role offering a salary of £50,000 FTE plus an excellent benefits package. The successful candidate will take ownership of performance-led digital marketing activity, driving demand generation, brand visibility and revenue growth. Our client is a stable, mid-sized organisation with a strong market presence, over a decade of trading history and an ambitious growth strategy, making this an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketer seeking impact and flexibility.

Duties & Responsibilities

Plan, deliver and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and social platforms

Own email marketing activity, including campaigns, automation and performance improvement

Analyse campaign data to improve ROI, lead quality and pipeline contribution

Manage budgets, testing and optimisation to meet agreed performance targets

Work closely with sales and creative teams to align campaigns and messaging

What Experience is Required

Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns

Strong background in email marketing and marketing automation

Confident using analytics tools to track, report and optimise performance

Salary & BenefitsSalary is £50,000 FTE, plus an excellent benefits package including holidays, pension and other company perks. Part-time hours are offered with long-term career potential.

LocationThis role is based in Bath and is fully office-based. Easily commutable from Bristol, Keynsham, Trowbridge, Chippenham, Frome and Radstock.
