Due to continued expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Junior Recruitment Consultants.

The Role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and developed to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll gain real exposure to the recruitment industry and build the foundations for a long-term career.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn and our database

• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews

• Advertising vacancies and managing applications

• Building relationships with candidates and clients

• Supporting senior consultants with live vacancies

• Arranging interviews and managing feedback

• Learning how to develop new business opportunities

• Progressing towards running your own recruitment desk

You will receive structured training and mentoring from experienced consultants to help you develop quickly.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, telesales or a phone-based role is advantageous but not essential.
