Job description
As a key member of the Precast Flooring Team within Creagh, the successful candidate will focus on growing our flooring & Precast order book throughout the UK & Ireland.
Key duties will include the preparation of estimates from drawings and bill of quantities, liaising with customers directly and ultimately winning sales/orders. This position will be based at Toomebridge and will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to customers and staff and requires high levels of organisation and attention to detail whilst ensuring customer expectations are met.
Criteria
Experience with estimating precast, steelwork or insitu concrete works would be a distinct advantage.
Ability to read technical drawings such as Autocad and reinforcement schedules is essential
Ability to demonstrate a commercial understanding of structural engineering and precast design
A persistent and determined individual who is highly motivated, and target driven.
Enhanced training for the role will be provided.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Project
