£13.50 per hour + uncapped bonus (earn up to £300/month)

Part-Time, 30 hours per week

What you'll be doingAs a Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of our brand. Delivering an exceptional in-store experience and helping customers choose the right fitness equipment for their goals.

You Will

Provide outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and via Live Chat

Sell premium fitness equipment by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products

Demonstrate equipment and explain product features and apps confidently

Work 30 hours per week: Thursday – Sunday, including Bank Holidays (overtime available)

A confident, proactive approach to customer interaction

Previous sales experience (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and numeracy skills

The ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close sales

Motivation to hit targets and earn monthly bonuses

A genuine interest in fitness and helping customer improve their wellbeing
