As a permanent member of our operations team, you'll play a key role in driving efficiency across production processes, supporting planning and scheduling, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience in operational management while helping us deliver high-quality products and maintain our reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating daily production activities to meet output and quality targetsSupport continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce wasteMonitor operational performance metrics and prepare reports for managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issuesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standardsMaintain accurate documentation and records for operational processesWhat You'll Learn Develop a strong understanding of food manufacturing operations and supply chain processesGain experience in production planning and resource managementLearn about lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesUnderstand the impact of operational decisions on business performanceBuild communication and leadership skills through collaboration with diverse teamsQualifications A bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant discipline—such as Operations Management, Business Management, or business food management, —with a minimum classification of 2:2 (or equivalent)Strong interest in manufacturing operations and process improvementExcellent organisational and analytical skillsWillingness to learn and take initiativeEffective communicator and team playerBenefits 31 days of annual leave (inclusive of statutory holidays)Free parkingFlexible payment optionsLife AssuranceAccess to Free Wellbeing Services (inc.
