You'll lead by example, assist with team supervision, and ensure that every guest receives a warm and professional welcome.Key Responsibilities Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out proceduresSupport and guide reception team members during shiftsHandle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with confidence and careMaintain a strong presence at the front desk, leading by example in service deliveryAssist with staff training, onboarding, and daily briefingsMonitor reservation systems and ensure accurate room allocation and billingCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needsEnsure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standardsHelp manage shift handovers, reporting, and front desk administrationOur Values Transparency | We ensure clarity in communication so that there are no surprisesOwnership | We think and perform like ownersDriven | We have a constant desire for improvementInvestment in our People | We continuously invest in our people to ensure that they are the best that they can bePension SchemeDiscounted Hotel Stays across our 7H PortfolioDiscounted Food and Beverage across our 7H Portfolio
