About the Role
We're looking for a confident, driven, and enthusiastic Lead Generator / Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Hull. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers—creating opportunities, building rapport, and generating high-quality leads for our sales team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to warm and cold prospects
- Identifying customer needs and qualifying opportunities
- Updating and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Booking appointments and passing leads to the sales team
- Meeting and exceeding monthly lead-generation targets
- Representing the business with professionalism and energy
What We're Looking For
- Confident and friendly telephone manner
- Previous telesales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Resilient, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build quick rapport with customers
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
