HLTA Job Keynsham | Higher Level Teaching Assistant | Primary School | Immediate Start | £100£120 per day

Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new role in Keynsham? Do you have experience supporting in a primary school and feel confident covering classes?

Im working with a friendly and supportive primary school in Keynsham that is looking to appoint an experienced HLTA ASAP.

This is a great opportunity for a HLTA / Teaching Assistant who enjoys a varied role, including classroom cover, intervention work, and supporting across KS1 and KS2.

HLTA Role Keynsham

• HLTA job in Keynsham
• Full-time, immediate start
• Daily rate: £100£120 per day (dependent on experience)
• Primary school setting (KS1 & KS2)
• Long-term opportunity with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons as a HLTA / Cover Supervisor
• Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Lead small group interventions to raise attainment
• Assist teachers with planning and classroom support
• Maintain strong behaviour management in line with school policies

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or strong experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• Experience working in a UK primary school
• Confident leading whole-class teaching when required
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
