About the Role:

• Welcoming patients and delivering a personal, high-quality service.

• Booking appointments, handling calls, and general reception duties.

• Dispensing a range of lenses, including single vision, varifocals, and high-index.

• Making frame adjustments and supporting patients with their eyewear choices.

• Assisting the optometrist and contributing to the smooth daily running of the practice.

• Helping maintain a tidy, organised and relaxed practice environment.

• Previous experience working in optics is essential.

• Someone friendly, professional and confident dealing with patients.
