We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiasticFLT Driver / Labourerto join our busy and expanding team based in Ferndown, Wimborne.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely unload, handle, and store internal materials (e.g. Steel, stainless steel, aluminium) in designated areas.
• Accurately update material locations within our system for efficient stock tracking.
• Sort and deliver materials to production areas in line with production schedules.
• Assist with positioning materials on and off machinery, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards in the department and Profile Compound, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ensure timely material deliveries to maximise machine uptime.
• Drilling, Countersinking, Deburring and Pallet Wrapping.

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
• Proven experience in a similar role or industrial environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently and follow production plans
