Internal Sales Executive
Wolverhampton
Monday Friday / 8:30am 5:00pm
40 Hours Per Week
£30,000 basic per annum (potential to earn with bonuses)

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join an established steel stockholding companybasedin Wolverhampton. My client is searching for an all-round,experiencedand confident internal sales candidate with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality to work alongside the sales and management team in a small but busy office.
The Job Role:
Developing a good understanding of their products
Quoting prices, quantities of stock, specifications of the products ordered and delivery times
Liaise with existing clients and be able to build a strong working relationship across a niche industry sector
Operate a business-to-business marketplace, selling productsmainly toengineering and manufacturing companies for reliable delivery and quantity of stock which is cut to size/ weight
Handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Experience/ Requirements:
Experience / knowledge of steel and measurements is essential
Knowledge of the engineering/ manufacturing industry would be beneficial
An ability to grow knowledge and understanding of the products
Ability to understand a varied client base and their needs
Confidence when working with mathematical calculations
Great telephone manner and enjoys working on the phone
