M4 Recruitment is currently seeking experienced or newly passedClass 2 Multi-Drop Drivers on behalf of our client, a well-established national distribution company based in Hemel Hempstead.

Role Details

• Location: Hemel Hempstead
• Start Time: 05:00am
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Average Shift Length: 10 hours per day
• Pay Rate: £18.07 per hour
• Overtime paid after 50 hours per week

The Role

As part of a dedicated delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering rolls of carpet to stores and storage facilities. The role involves an average of 1015 drops per day and always requires a professional and customer-focused approach.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Minimum of 2 years HGV Class 2 driving experience preferred but not essential
• Maximum of 3 minor penalty points (no major endorsements)
• Proven multi-drop delivery experience (essential)
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy goods
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Reliable and able to commit to MondayFriday work on an ongoing basis

Previous experience in a similar distribution role would be advantageous.
