Teaching Assistant Blackpool
Are you passionate about supporting children in the classroom?
You will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help pupils reach their full potential in a safe and positive learning environment.
Your role will be key in providingadditional support to students who need guidance with learning, behaviour or classroom tasks.
Your ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Support students in lessons on a 1:1 or small group basis
Assist teachers with classroom activities
Help manage classroom behaviour
Support pupils with additional learning needs
Prepare learning materials when required
Encourage student participation and engagement
Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
You should:
Be patient and supportive
Communicate clearly with children and staff
Work well as part of a team
Be organised and reliable
Be confident supporting learning activities
Previous experience working with children
Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting SEN students
Enhanced DBS Working with children
Term-time working hours
