Teaching Assistant Blackpool

Are you passionate about supporting children in the classroom?

You will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help pupils reach their full potential in a safe and positive learning environment.

Your role will be key in providingadditional support to students who need guidance with learning, behaviour or classroom tasks.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Support students in lessons on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Assist teachers with classroom activities

• Help manage classroom behaviour

• Support pupils with additional learning needs

• Prepare learning materials when required

• Encourage student participation and engagement

• Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment

Skills, Experience & Abilities Required

You should:

• Be patient and supportive

• Communicate clearly with children and staff

• Work well as part of a team

• Be organised and reliable

• Be confident supporting learning activities

• Previous experience working with children

• Teaching Assistant qualification

• Experience supporting SEN students

• Enhanced DBS Working with children
