What youll be doing

• Speaking with warm leads and conducting fact-finding sales conversations
• Understanding customer priorities, budgets and insurance requirements
• Recommending suitable insurance solutions from leading UK providers
• Handling objections confidently and closing deals
• Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets
• Continuously improving performance and competing with high-performing colleagues

What it takes to succeed

• The right attitude and drive to succeed
• Strong sales mentality with a target focused mindset
• Confident and persuasive communication skills across phone and email
• Ability to build trust quickly and influence decision making
• Evidence that you can succeed in a sales environment

Desirable but not essential

• Experience in telesales or phone based sales
• Knowledge of private medical insurance or financial services
• Experience working in commission driven roles
