Equation Recruitment, a REC Audit accredited agency since 2011, is expanding into Finance & Accounting recruitment, and we need a talented Recruitment Consultant /Researcher to help drive our success.

Who Were Looking For:Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (agency, in-house, or business development but not retail).Confident communicator happy to engage with clients and candidates via phone and video.Organised & proactive able to manage recruitment pipelines and client relationships efficiently.Tech-savvy comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and video platforms like Teams/Zoom.Ambitious & growth-focused interested in building a long-term career in recruitment.
