Elite are partnering with a beautiful luxury fashion brand, seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join their creative visual team. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative individual with a keen eye for detail, a passion for fashion, art, and design, and the ability to deliver consistent and refined visual output across all channels.

Responsibilities

Produce digital design and artwork, including UX design, website creatives, email campaigns, display banners, and assets for digital communications such as social media.

Support print-based design projects, including advertising campaigns, look books, in-store materials, promotional content, and window graphics.

Assist in developing ideas from concept through to final delivery.

Research, develop, and present new creative ideas in collaboration with the Senior Graphic Designer and Head of Visual, contributing to the evolution of the brand's aesthetic.

Maintain brand consistency and visual continuity across all touchpoints.

Perform basic image editing, including cropping, resizing, and light retouching.

Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout design processes.

Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in a design role within the fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.

Strong digital design experience and understanding of online visual communication.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Awareness of web design best practices and current design trends.

Highly organised, methodical, and able to problem-solve effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for design.
