In this commercially critical role, you'll manage a portfolio of national accounts, lead strategic planning and negotiations, and deliver volume, value and profit targets with full P&L ownership. You'll build trusted relationships with buyers, shape and execute Joint Business Plans, and drive NPD listings and category growth. Working collaboratively with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance, you'll ensure flawless delivery of launches and promotions while using data sources such as Kantar, Nielsen and IRI to unlock insights and identify new opportunities.If you thrive in a fast‐paced FMCG environment and want to play a key role in the success of an iconic global brand, this is the perfect next step in your career.The ideal fit Experience in a National Account Executive role or equivalentHave experience managing a P&LPassion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happenIs a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approachesStrong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriateComfortable working in a small dynamic teamSalary: £competitive to attract the right talent.
