You WILL learn here.With an emphasis on local, seasonal foods, cooked using modern & interesting techniques, with the latest chefs kit, this really is a great opportunity for a career-minded chef to make a name for themselves, working in a very supportive environment for one of the region's leading independent hotels.The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have the following attributes:Experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pubIdeally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as importantDemonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs hereDesire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team.
