Description of the Role: Senior Support Worker JobsThis is a full-time, on‐site position in Enfield for a support worker. The Support Worker will be in charge of giving people with learning disabilities and mental health issues both practical and emotional support. To assist clients with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care, they will collaborate closely with other team members, medical professionals, and social services. Additionally, the Support Worker will be in charge of keeping precise records of the habits and progress of their clients.

Responsibilities

Help customers with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and shopping.

Offer clients emotional support.

Create and carry out client‐specific care plans.

Keep thorough records of the activities and progress of your clients.

Help patients with their appointments and treatments.

Assist clients in gaining access to community services and resources.

When necessary, offer clients transportation.

Requirements

It is recommended that you have prior experience working in social care, mental health, or learning disability services.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

The capacity to maintain composure under pressure.

Adaptable, sympathetic, and capable of working both individually and collaboratively.

Understanding of pertinent health and safety laws and guidelines.

Proficiency in time management and job prioritisation.

Experience producing reports and maintaining records.

GED, high school diploma, or its equivalent.

Proficiency in English.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-Time, and Full‐Time

Pay range: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour

20 to 35 hours a week are anticipated.
