Bank Care Support Worker – Cygnet Bostall HouseWe are looking for a Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. You'll have the opportunity to work Bank shifts, between 7:30am – 8:00pm and 7:30pm – 8:00am, at Cygnet Bostall House , located in the heart of Abbey Wood, London.

Cygnet Bostall House is a high‐dependency complex care service for men with a learning disability and associated complex needs. The team can also support those with additional mental‐health needs and behaviours that may challenge.

Responsibilities

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care

Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

Assist with medical & welfare needs

Report on medical & welfare needs as required

Safeguard

Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

£12.77 per hour + 12.1% Annual Leave Entitlement (£14.32 per hour)
