Job description

We are seeking a compassionate Health Care Assistant - HCA , to provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings such as assisted living, nursing homes, or home care.

Location: Bexhill

Shifts: 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am

Salary: £14ph - £16ph + accrued holiday pay

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily tasks including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation

Administer medication following prescribed schedules

Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals under your care

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised environment

Skills

Experience in patient care, hospice care, or childcare is advantageous

Proficient in medication administration and basic nursing procedures

Strong communication skills and a caring demeanour are essential for this role

Experience in Stoma and Gastric Drainage Bag

Being a driver is essential
